Join Band Central as they host a night of Latin Rock to support Groundwork Bridgeport, a local nonprofit working to revitalize their city through environmental projects like tree plantings and green-space restoration, community initiatives like their Gathering Space and upcoming 5K Walk & Run, and youth programs aimed at training the next generation of Bridgeport’s leaders and stewards. The show will feature Bridgeport’s very own Rick Reyes and members of his Cosmic Jibaros Band including Darian Cunning, Rich Zurkowski, Marcos Torres Jr., Willie Rodriguez, Eddie Venegas and Rob Fried. The pre-party starts in the FTC gallery at 6:00 PM with complimentary light bites from Mecha Noodle Bar. Attendees will also receive one complimentary drink ticket and additional wine, beer, and cocktails will be available for purchase at a cash bar. The music starts at 7:00 PM.
